The presentation for the DAM Prize 2025 shows current architecture from Germany and remarkable projects by German architectural firms in other countries. A jury has selected the 23 building ensembles presented in Germany and two examples abroad from a longlist of 100 buildings realized between autumn 2022 and spring 2024.
The exhibition presents the range of contemporary architecture in Germany: The selection includes administrative and cultural buildings, as well as buildings for education and social services. Many examples represent the reuse, transformation and further construction of existing buildings, but innovative new buildings - especially in the area of housing - are also presented. The winning project will be the focus of the exhibition.
